Oracle to SQL-SERVER Migration

Dear Friends,

We have 11g R2 Windows database for small scale applications.

Clients decided to migrate the Oracle database to SQL-SERVER.

I am worrying about datatype issues between Oracle and SQL-SERVER.

We have good enough time to migrate the DB Oracle to SQL-SERVER

I need experts suggestions and advise

Who already done successfully
