Oracle to Postgres DB Link in AWS/RDS

In our databases outside AWS/RDS, we create oracle to progress DB-link using ODBC drivers, involving many ssh operations that are prohibited on AWS/RDS.

Please inform is there any way we can achieve the same on AWS/RDS environment.

Or is there any alternative available on AWS/DRS that can serve the same purpose? it will be highly appreciated if you share the relevant documentation as well.

Oracle 11.2.0.4.0 enterprise (db.r5 instance), Postgres (db.t2 instance)
