Oracle to MySql Sync...The best way to do it!... Plz help me

Hi to all,

We actually working on one big project to Synchnorize data between Oracle and My Sql Databases.

- Oracle database is : Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0
and
- My SQL version is : 5.1.37

Both databases are in different Linux Redhat Servers.

We need to automate the data synchronization data between those two DBMS ; including export / import of simple ( like Varchar2 and Number) and complex Oracle objects (like CLOB, BLOB, LONG...).

What's the best solution to do it, we need also to transfer data in UTF8 from Oracle to MySql ...
