oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.ActionAgreement property?

Hello,


I am curious what exactly the following property is used for.
oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.ActionAgreement

According to a performance thread in association with a patch last fall it was recomended to set it to "true" this however means b2b will not correctly parse and detect XML messages so what exactly is the meaning of the property and do we need it to gain performance and is there some other way to parse incoming XML then disabling it?
