Oracle thin dirver for DotNet

Hi Everyone,

Do we have something equivalent to this jdbc:oracle:thin for Dot Net? I like this technique a lot since I do not have to install oracle client software on user's machine.

// this is JDBC Oracle thin driver and, it does not require Oracle client on User's machine
jdbc:oracle:thin:@MyServer:1521:orcl" username="scott" password="tiger
