Oracle Technical Interviews at United States

Hi,

Recently I got my H1B visa,My employer is a contracting company and they will place me at client's place.

I want to know how the clients usually take technical interviews in UNITED STATES.

1.Do they give some online tests.
2.Ask to do an oracle installation or configration.

I am ORACLE DBA for more that 5 years.I want to be different than others and prove my skills(How can I do this in the GURU's openion)
