Oracle Support for Entity Framework (EF) on .NET Core

We're working on a project that uses .NET Core 2.1 and are trying to leverage the entity framework however there doesn't seem to be a publicly released Oracle solution for that. There is ADO.net support but not EF support.

Is there a solution for this either from Oracle or a third-party (such as DevArt)? If not is there a beta or RC package that we could download?
