Oracle startup error still not sloved

I installed the oracle 11g server on ubuntu 12.10 OS.but I can't the startup the server.when i startup the server this error is occured.
so how can i slove this case?please help me sir.

i was post more than 5 time this my problem.but still ,it is not slove.please help me

SQL> startup
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
LRM-00109: could not open parameter file '/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/xe/dbs/initXE.ora'

$ cd /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/xe/dbs
$ ls -l

and the out put is
-rwxr-xr-x 1 oracle dba 2851 Aug 29 2011 init.ora
-rw-r--r-- 1 oracle dba 2637 Mar 13 17:07 initxe.ora
-rw-r----- 1 oracle dba 1536 Mar 13 14:24 orapwXE
