oracle sql plan history data dictionary view

Hi,

We have some etl which usually takes 30 minutes but on occasion can take a few hours.

Is there a data dictionary view where we can see the execution paths being take each day and if they are different (hears is a column sql_plan_has_value ) and we have the sqlid but nor sure of best way to check this.
