Oracle Sql Developer start up is very slow

Hello,

I' have a big problem with SQL developer. We have lot of databases on the connections.xml file ( About 1600 Oracle databases). When we start up SQL developer, it put approximately 10 minutes to open. What solutions can we use to open this application more quickly ?

We have already tried to append this line in the sqldeveloper.conf file :

AddVMOption -Sqldev.tnsping=false

But we no see change.

We must absolutely have a solution to correct this problems because 10 minutes is very much long time to work correctly.

What doing veritably SQL developer in start up to put so time ?
