Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler 24.3.1.351.0831 Scripting doesn't work

I would like to use the scripting feature of Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler 24.3.1.351.0831, but I get the following error

Oracle Nashorn scripting engine does not exist.

Script evaluation is terminated.

I tried the suggested solution Error: There is no such engine available Oracle Nashorn - Oracle Forums but Data Modeler won't run with a version < 17.

Is it possible to use the scripting feature in Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler 24.3.1.351.0831?
