Oracle SQL Developer as Portable App ?

All,

I use portable apps (http://portableapps.com/) so that I always have firefox and putty on a USB memory stick which I am able to use most times at client sites.

I thought that Oracle SQL Developer would be also be an ideal app to integrate with this handy utility but I am not sure about the licensing aspects.

Would a member of the development team, maybe, be able to tell me if this is possible. It does not involve changing the app at all, just putting a wrapper script round the exe.

Oracle SQL Developer does run quite happily from a USB memory stick even if you do not have admin rights on the PC it is plugged in to and I am using it as a standalone app on my USB memory stick at the moment.
