Oracle sql developer 4.1.1 (Windows 64-bit with JDK 8 included)

Hello,

I have a problem with the new version of SQL developer 4.1.1.

I want to use "Command Line - SQLcl". But when I run sqlcl he sends me on the Oracle site to install "java jdk 8".

Yet it should be integrated with sql developer 4.1.1 is not it?
