Performance: which one is better? (committing data, queries, etc.)
Can geographic data stored in Oracle Spatial be converted into ArcSDE and into ESRI Geodatabase?
Do Geodatabase and Oracle Spatial use 3D (and not 2D) indices? Are indices created by hand or automatically in both?
Can Oracle Spatial store and maintain seamless features in a database?
Is it possible to add intelligence to features stored in Oracle Spatial, just like it is done in ESRI Geodatabase? (i.e. modeling of feature behaviour, relationships, etc.)
Does Oracle Spatial support data validation rules when data is posted to the database? E.g. it should not allow posting open buildings to the database. Same goes for roads passing through buildings, etc.
Does Oracle Spatial support multi-user data editing through versioning and long transactions? (like versioning in ESRI Geodatabase)
Does Oracle Spatial support all geometric data types that are supported by ESRI Geodatabase?
Does Oracle Spatial support storage of 3D coordinates (X, Y, and Z)?
Do Geodatabase and Oracle Spatial support curves and splines?
Are there any advantages of using Oracle Spatial and not ESRI Geodatabase?
