Oracle Solaris licensing questions

Hi there,

We have some Solaris installations on both Oracle/Sun servers and Non-Oracle servers.

It is clear that we should purchase "Oracle Solaris Premier Subscription for Non-Oracle Hardware" for those Solaris installed on Non-Oracle servers.

But is it free when they installed on Oracle/Sun servers? Which means we don't need to pay additional fee?
