I've noticed that (at least) all the JRE and JDK 8 downloads from Java SE - Downloads | Oracle Technology Network | Oracle are failing with the following error:

I'm located in Italy but it seems strange to me that all of a sudden free downloads like JREs and JDKs are restricted for my country.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
