Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.3.0 - Eloqua Cloud Adapter - Data not being sent to Eloqua

HI All,

I have configured the Eloqua Cloud adapter in my composite. When data is pushed to the adapter, there isnt any error, but the target is not receiving the data.

Have any one faced similar issue? Also can you explain how the adapter works in the background.
