Oracle SOA 11G BPEL Invoke to Apps Adater returning different Dates

We have an issue with BPEL Invoke, We have two instances of SOA Suite 11.1.1.5 installed on weblogic 10.3.5, both with same settings ( weblogic time is same )

Issue:

We are Invoking Apps Adapter in BPEL to Query the Database. its the same back end query same data, But the zone is changing to PST in one of the instance, and GMT in other.

I have opened the instance in both the environments and checked the payload data in Invoke adapter,

FYI,
Database settings are same, time zone in Data base is same,
Weblogic Settings are same, both the weblogic installations are on the same time Zone

Can some body suggest,
