Oracle<SID> iSQL*Plus

HI All,

After upgrading oracle 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2 in SAP server, we are not able to find "Oracle<SID> iSQL*Plus" service. Even we are able to enter in database.

Please guide me if we need to create this service?
