I am using Oracle 12c on 64 bit Windows Server 2012. The Oracle service keeps on crashing and I keep getting the message ora-03114 not connected to oracle. I have changed the recovery settings for the oracle service to restart automatically when it crashes but this doesn't help since my database loses the connection.
