Oracle Server not able to connect

Hi Experts

i have installed Oracle 10.4.2.4 for my SAP . Now iam trying to use same DB for BO . i am suing TNS name to connect server , after giving TNS values like TNS Name user/pwd it showing below error can any one help regarding this

Environment:

Suse 10.3

oracle 10.2.1.4

You cannot proceed because the following has failed validation:
Database access error. Reason Loading shared object failed. First tried to load library clntsh and failed because of
*error: [clntsh: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory]. Second tried to load library libclntsh.so and*
*failed because of error: [libclntsh.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory].*

*Cannot verify database login information. [INS00104]*
