Oracle server memory utilization.

I am facing one problem on my database. My database is using more than 7gb of physical memory out of 8 gb present on database server.

I am working on 10.2.0.4 and my operating system is window server 2003 standard edition x64. Value of sga_target is 1.5 gb and sga_max_size is 2gb.

If you need any other information pls let me know.

Please suggest how I will solve this issue on my database.

Any help much appreciated.
