I have recently upgraded from 11107 to 12102 my Oracle db. After running @?/rdbms/admin/utlu121s.sql the results look like this:

Why and how can I fix the "Oracle Server" item???
About the other components, we don't have a problem because we have never used and dropped before the upgrade.
I have searched on Metalink but there is no document for my issue. Only has this one:
Take in count I have run the utlrp.sql script twice or 3 times also.
