Oracle Security bug - Unwrapping PL/SQL code - Share your views

Dear all

It's very abnormal case to be able to unwrap the wrapped PL/SQL codes. Is it an Oracle Security bug, or ... And how it's possible to be able to unwrap the code which is wrapped by the #1 database system and which was guaranteed that "the wrapped code isn't possible to be unwrapped"
