Oracle Secure Backup - License per stream? What is a stream?

Hello,

I was wondering about the licensing of Oracle Secure Backup. I read it is 3500 per stream. What is defined as a stream?

I read somewhere that every client is a stream? So if I have 100 DB;s, that start RMAN backups paralell and connect to OSB, is that a stream per instance?
