Oracle scheduler not running jobs.

Hi,

I am facing an issue which I need some help

My oracle schedule (11.2.0.4) r is not running the jobs as it should. I have gone through the following link

But all seems well. Restarting scheduler did not help as well.

Manually running the jobs via exec dbms_schduler.runjob works fine.

any ideas ?
