Oracle Sales Cloud instance failure

I am getting the following error when trying to access my Oracle Sales Cloud instance via the web browser: "The Oracle Cloud environment is currently unavailable. Our team is actively working to resolve this unplanned downtime and to restore your service(s) as quickly as possible.In the meantime we encourage you to visit www.oracle.com/cloud/
Oracle Applications — Empowering Modern Business in the Cloud"
The instance was working before. Do you have any idea why this is occurring? I can't log in to my Oracle Cloud instance due to this error.
