Oracle running Processes

Hi,

When I check the processes running in the server with the command "ps -ef|grep ora|more" I get lots of processes running. I dont know whether there are zombi processes or unwanted processes filling up the server. Here I have mentioned some of the processes. And particulary my PPID (parent process id) is always showing 1. Is that everyting ok with my Server or not... Please suggest me.....
