oracle rest data services 404 not found

Hi All,

when i am try to login apex then getting eroor

OACLE REST DATA SERVICES 404 not found

server details:-

os - Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4 (Santiago) 32 bit

APEX version 5.0

glassfish server 3.1.2.2.

ords 3.0.0.121.10.23

please help me ASAP
