During re-branding of a new responsys project, our customer insists that it is better to use a new domain name(not company's domain name) and not sub-domain. They are afraid of the security in using subdomain.Can you please tell me if the use of new root domain is recommended?
For example we have the company's domain: mycompany and we suggest to use a sub-domain like: news.mycompany but the customer insists to use a new domain like: mycompanynew. Is it recommended?
