Oracle Reports & Thermal printer (Receipt printer)

Hello,

I'm in a very serious problem guys ... i'm designing a software for a retail shop ... it's a Point Of Sale software ... Now i'm trying to print the report through thermal printer (SAM4S GIANT-100) ... but it doesn't print ... it just gives a very small piece of paper about 1 cm long with a line in it and that's it ... i've tried every thing but no luck.

Please help me guys ASAP the openning is in four days.
