Oracle reports log

Dear All,

We are using oracle reports builder 11.1.2.1.0. and forms 32 Bit] Version 11.1.2.1.0 for front end.

We are using a web application running through weblogic server  10.3.5.0

The problem is any run-time error message for reports can be seen only at enterprise manager . I want it to be seen at client side while running any report.

How it can be achieved ,kindly help.
