Oracle Reports Builder Version is 12.2.1.4. RWBuilder.bat On Startup, after the loading Icon stuck on CMAX10.DLL (WinDbg)

Hi,

need some leads,
tried to open / start Oracle Reports Builder Version is 12.2.1.4. using RWBuilder.bat On Startup, after the loading Icon stuck on CMAX10.DLL (i checked using WinDbg). Yesterday its just fine.

i checked from Windows Debugger its stuck in oralce dll CMAX10.DLL

what is happening in CMAX10.DLL ? and what is the solution ?
