Oracle Reports Builder, need to set background color with rgb code

Hi,

I hope this is the right place to post this question. If not, please point to the right forum.

I'm using Report Builder 10.1.2.0.2.

I need the background of my layout to be of a certain color. I have the RGB code for this color:

R:245

G:248

B:238.

Could you show me how to do this?
