I have been using Oracle Forms and Reports Builder 12c for two years now. I had no problems until Friday. When I tried to run Reports Builder as administrator or just call it regular, it started to open, the opening window appears and it just crashes in a second. I decide to reinstall the whole 12c suite. But after reinstalling the same error occurs again. I start the Report Builder and it starts to open, it shows a window that opens and it just crashes. When I look in Task Manager I don't see it as a process. Can someone help me.
