Oracle Reports 6i Mail & Distribute Options

Dear Professionals,

Hope you all are doing well.

There is an option available in the oracle reports 6i 1) Mail, 2) Distribute in file menu. Can any one please guide me how it works?

I want to send report PDF file to multiple recipients via outlook email.
