I am not sure whether it is an issue with report server 11g, or IE 11, or Excel 2013/2016. When using the following code to generate a excel report it opens a blank excel window. When the excel window is resized, the data would display. It had been working for the last nine years with the same code with Excel 2007 or prior versions:
..rwservlet?destype=cache&desformat=enhancedspreadsheet&report=zzz.rdf...
If Excel is already open, the issue with blank sheet doesn't occur.
When running oracle report (spreadsheet) through a remote desktop connection, this issue doesn't occur.
When using other browser such as Firefox and Chrome, instead of IE11, this issue doesn't occur.
When using previous versions of Excel (2007, 2003), this issue doesn't occur.
Has anybody encounter similar issues? Any idea and suggestions?
