Oracle Report- There was a problem reading this docment(135)

The report contains a graph along with the text output
When the report is run to output in PDF , getting the error 'There was a problem reading this docment(135)'

Desformat is set to HTMLCSS
When run in HTMLCSS it works fine.
Tried opening the report to output in PDF, with a different reader( foxit reader, it does open but the graph just shows a box and nothing inside it but if run the same report in HTMLCSs then the graph shows up. If run with Adobe reader, then
get the above error.

Changed the Desformat to PDF and it works fine, that is the pdf output comes fine. But when run the report in HTMLCSS, some of the text output doesnt show up .

So the problem is if set the Desformat to PDF then the PDF output comes fine , but not the other one,
If set the Desformat to HTMLCSS, then the HTML output comes fine but not the PDF. Any suggestions?
