Oracle Report Server 12C showjobs Error

Dear All Pls. Help This issue

when access url report server :http://localhost:9002/reports/rwservlet/showjobs

Show Error :

REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server rep_wls_reports_desktop-crd47ps failed to start.oracle.reports.RWException: IDL:oracle/reports/RWException:1.0

Also Change "rwnetwork.conf" file as below

                \<namingService name="Cos" host="localhost" port="14021"/>

Also Change "rwservlet.properties" file as below

                 \<webcommandaccess>L2\</webcommandaccess>

  \<!--property name="enableSSL" value="yes"/-->

Also Change "rwbuilder.conf" file as below

                  \<pluginParam name="mailServer" value="%MAILSERVER\_NAME%">

                         \<webLayout port="9002" docroot="C:\\Oracle\\Middleware\\Oracle\_Home12c\\user\_projects\\domains\\domain\_name\\servers\\WLS\_REPORTS\\tmp\\\_WL\_user\\reports\_12.2.1\\5ah7s6\\war"/>
