Oracle Report Builder

Report Builder 6.0.5.28.0
Reports Runtime 6.0.5.35.0

I can generate a delimited text file via the menu option in Report Builder successfully. However if I run the same report in the reports Runtime and then try to generate a delimited text file via the menu option a 0kb file is generated.

Can anyone explain this?
