Oracle Rdb data transfer

hi, i didn't find a more propriate forum for this question, but i'll give it a try:

i'm working with Oracle Rdb under Open VMS. we will to convert a database from that platform to Oracle 9i under HP/UX. What would be the best way to go regarding scripting the db and transforming the data?
