Oracle Database Discussions

Hi,

I know this isn´t the right category for my question, but I can't find any good one under "Developer Tools"....

My customer have been using a product called ORACLE RALLY (from last century - installed 1997...) to build small applications for database register maintenance. Operating system i Openvms on Alpha Platform.
Now they want to change to Integrity Platform (still OpenVMS), and as far as I know - the Oracle Rally environment is´nt available on Integrity.
Anyone out there who have converted their RALLY-developed applications to another tool ? What tool can I suggest my customer to take in consideration to "overtake" their RALLY-applications?
I don´t work as a developer and have no knowledge at all of programming/development tools, I only run the HW, OS and DB:s - if you think the questions seems odd...
