Oracle RAC Upgrade from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4

Oracle Installed:

On RAC

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production, 2 Nodes

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.3.0 - Production

"CORE 11.2.0.3.0 Production"

TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production

Linux: Red Hat 64 bit

Question: How do I upgrade Oracle from 11.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.4.0 ? Do I need to create a new home?

I would appreciate any help.
