Oracle RAC One Node Licensing

Hi,

I have planned to install a 2 Nodes RAC 11gR2.

If I want to start my project by installing a single node in a RAC configuration and, later (few months), extend it by adding the second node ... do I have to license my cluster with the extra cost option of the EE : Oracle RAC One Node ?
