Oracle RAC 11g R2 Grid prerequisite check hangs at 95%

Hi Guru's,

I am trying to install Oracle RAC 11g R2 Grid Infrastructure on HP-UX 11.31 IA64 OS, but at the time of prerequisite check it get's hung on 95% saying "Checking User Mask ...". Could anyone can help me to resolve this issue ? I have already configured "grid" user with "0022" umask on both the hosts.
