Oracle R11.2 errors during installation and problems to connet

Hello,

I installed the new Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production for Windows and during the installation i get some errors that some files can not be found. I continue and at the end i get that the configuration of the database has failed.

When i try to connect via SQLPLUS i get:

Enter user-name: sys as sysdba
Enter password:
ERROR:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

Enter user-name:

Can you please help me?
