Oracle Processes issue

Dear Expert,

In my solaris 10 OS having Oracle DB 10g R2...

When I try to run this ps -ef | grep oracle as shown below, it shown me number of oracle process with LOCAL=NO status [oracle<oracleSID>(LOCAL=NO)]

The DB have 10g IAS install. What are the possible scenarios for this LOCAL=NO

It was keep generated. What does this mean. I discover it cause my oracle processes limit growing very fast. How can i resolve this issue. Tks
