Oracle Procedure-To Write a Txt file in Specific Format

Hi All,

I need a help in Writing a Text file in orale in specific customized format as below:

EXTRACT-RECORD.
SYS-SRC X

REG-YYYY 1992
REG-MM 09
REG-DD 25
PL-CODE.

FIRST-NAME BALA
MIDDLE-NAME

1. Left side are the feild names and right side are the correponding values.

2. If there is 10 records ,then all the 10 records should be written as above format one below the other....
