Oracle Portal single sign-on user name and password - Where to get it?

Hi,

In Webcenter Dev Guide 11g, section 8.2.2 says
"Select the Specify login credentials for current JDeveloper session checkbox and
enter the Oracle Portal single sign-on user name and password for logging in to
your portal instance."

I tried "weblogic" user and its password. But it doesn't work.
Can somebody please let me know where I can get this "Oracle Portal single sign-on user name and password"?
