Oracle Performance issues

I have a grid on my applications. There are 20 columns in it. 4 Columns are from table A and 4 Columns are from table B etc.

Now if i want to send data to oracle which is the best structure i should use to send data?

Table A can have 40 rows modified.

Table B can have 1000 rows modified.
